The countdown is underway for the biggest Electric Football weekend of 2015. On July 31-August 2 Tudor Games and the Miniature Football Coaches Association are co-hosting the Electric Football World Championship and Convention in Richmond, Virginia. The event is being held at the Four Points by Sheraton, Richmond Airport, which is just minutes from downtown Richmond.

This location is convenient to check out the other major Electric Football event taking place in Richmond on the very same weekend — the Chris Bopst curated Electric Football Art Show at the Ada Gallery. This is the second-ever Electric Football Art Show, with the first being held in Richmond in 2013. Chris did such an amazing job with the first show, we can only imagine what this time will like.

While the entire Buzz team made it to Richmond in 2013, and 2/3’s of the team made it to Philadelphia for TudorCON 14, the dates of this year’s events proved problematic. So unfortunately none of us will be able to make it to Richmond — in person at least. But we will be there in spirit, and also in the form of several brand new full-page spreads from our upcoming Full Color Electric Football™ book.

Chris was kind enough to include these pages in the Art Show. We’re flattered to have them there, and grateful for the opportunity to preview our work. We think the elements in Full Color Electric Football™ have come together nicely.

There are so many of our good friends we are going to truly miss seeing in Richmond. We know it’s going to be an epic Electric Football weekend…maybe the best one ever. So be sure to enjoy every second of it!
